The 2026 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic competitions are scheduled to take place on March 6-7 in Columbus, Ohio. Gathering some of the strongest men and women that the world has ever seen, the competitions mark one of the highlights of the season both for athletes and the fans. So, here is a full guide on how to watch the action live.

How to Watch 2026 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic

The entire 2026 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic competitions will be broadcast live and free of cost on the Rogue Fitness website and YouTube channel.

Both the 2026 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic competitions are set to consist of six events, three on day one and an additional three on the second day of competition.

Day One — Friday, March 6

The first event of the 2026 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic will be the Elephant Bar Deadlift. As seen in previous editions of the competition, it will give the athletes three attempts to establish a one-rep max.

Moving on to the second event of the day, the athletes will be tasked with lifting the Monster/Cyr dumbbell. Both are iconic implements in the world of strength sports and on this occasion, the athletes will need to lift them overhead for as many reps as possible.

Day one will conclude with the Stone to Shoulder event. As the name suggests, the athletes will have to lift a massive stone from the floor and up to their shoulder. They will repeat the task for as many reps as possible.

  • 11:05 AM EST: Strongwoman Event 1 — Rogue Elephant Bar Deadlift
  • 12:30 PM EST: Strongman Event 1 — Rogue Elephant Bar Deadlift
  • 2:05 PM EST: Strongwoman Event 2 — Monster Dumbbell Challenge
  • 2:45 PM EST: Strongman Event 2 — Cyr Bell Challenge
  • 3:30 PM EST: Strongwoman Event 3 — Stone To Shoulder
  • 4:10 PM EST: Strongman Event 3 — Stone To Shoulder

Day Two — Saturday, March 7

After a night of sleep, the athletes will return for the second day of the 2026 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic. They will then perform the Stone Drag, which is separated into two parts. Firstly, the athletes will have to carry the Dinnie Stones (men) or the Jeck Stones (women) across the field. They will then load the stones onto a sled, which they will proceed to pull to the finish line.

The penultimate event of the competition will be the Log Lift for reps, with the men using the Austrian Oak and women using the American Oak. Lastly, the Ramp Rage event will task the athletes with carrying three heavy sandbags up an inclined ramp.

  • 11:00 AM EST: Strongwoman Event 4 — The Stone Drag
  • 11:55 AM EST: Strongman Event 4 — The Stone Drag
  • 12:50 PM EST: Strongwoman Event 5 — American Oak
  • 1:30 PM EST: Strongman Event 5 — Austrian Oak
  • 2:25 PM EST: Strongwoman Event 6 — Ramp Rage
  • 3:15 PM EST: Strongman Event 6 — Ramp Rage
