Having a demo team to test the events before the start of the CrossFit Games is a pretty standard procedure. They’ll run the gauntlet with about two weeks left until the competition which will run from August 1-4. There will be some really elite competitors this year and the excitement is building up.

Christian Harris
In 2016, Christian Harris finished 4th with his team CrossFit Dynamix. He also placed 51st in the men’s division at this year’s Open.
Paul Tremblay
Paul Tremblay came in 31st at the 2014 CrossFit Games, and he finished 44th at the 2019 CrossFit Open in the men’s division. Tremblay is also part of the CFHQ seminar staff.

James Hobart
Hobart has competed 8 times so far at the CrossFit Games. He placed 21st in 2014 for the individual men’s and in 2015 and 2016, Hobart came in first as a part of CrossFit Mayhem Freedom.
Alex Parker
Parker came in 50th at the 2015 CrossFit Games and she’s a 6x regional athlete.
Chelsea Grigsby
Grigsby is a 5-time regional athlete who came placed 11th at the 2018 CrossFit Games as a part of team Torrance CrossFit. She placed 51st in the women’s division at the 2019 Open.
Meredith Root
Root place 30th in last year’s CrossFit Games competition and is a 4x regionals athlete. She’s also a pretty accomplished weightlifter
