Elite IFBB Pro Cedric McMillan recently took to Instagram where he posted a video posing a day before the 2019 FitParade Pro on October 13th. And he seems to have a sense of humor about his “usual” bad luck coming into a show due to his anxiety problems.

Cedric McMillan was a promising competitor in the beginning of his career due to his amazing genetics. But unfortunately, he never had the conditioning to be a possible contender for the Mr. Olympia title.

His best win was in the Arnold Classic in 2017 and he placed 7th at the 2019 Olympia after receiving a special invitation to compete.

This is what he wrote on Instagram…

“To whom it may concern… I, Cedric McMillan, post this video as digital verification that do look halfway decent before this show Sunday, just in case my body goes to shit as it usually does when the anxiety kicks in.

Furthermore, I might drink some alcohol before I go to the show, so if I slap somebody, or do some freaky shit, dont hold it against me.

Especially if it keeps the anxiety down”.

Competing alongside Cedric McMillan will be Nathan De Asha, Maxx Charles, Lukas Osladil, and several others from what we know up to this point. And if McMillan can come in looking this amazing, we could make a strong case that he’ll take the show.
