Ronnie Coleman The Champion of the Champions
8X Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman invited M&S to his home in Arlington, Texas to show what exactly over 20 years of professional bodybuilding really looks like.
Coleman also shares a pretty funny story about how Kevin Levrone brought him to the next level and awakened the beast within.
We had 7 shows in 11 days this was a European tour in 1997 after the Olympia and Kevin Levrone had won six in a row and he was winning everything and every show and I was getting like forth and sixth and I’m like man what is Kevin doing to win all these shows so I’m like I go by his room and ask him so I go back to his room knock on the door… hey man how are you winning all these shows what are you doing I can’t get anything works for me… he’s like you want to know what I’m doing? I said right yeah…
He goes over to the coffee maker pour the cup of coffee goes in the refrigerator pulls out a bottle of Vodka pours into the coffee… he’s like drink this… I was like drink this for what?
[Kevin] said if you want to know how I was winning all these shows this is what I do every single night!

So I drank this Vodka & Coffee and the next day at the show I beat Kevin… And I think that was the last time Kevin ever beat me.
