Agata Sitko is having an incredible season, and she just made it even better with a mind-blowing 154.5 kilograms (340.6 pounds) Raw Bench Press IPF World Record in the 76-kilogram weight class. She achieved the incredible lift at the 2024 IPF Arnold UK, which took place on March 15-17 in Birmingham. In addition to setting the record, Agata also managed to come out victorious in her weight class and in the overall rankings, which included all divisions.

Agata Sitko is an extremely young athlete, but she has already been recognized as arguably the best bench presser in the history of powerlifting. She proved that once again at the 2024 IPF Arnold UK, where she successfully completed all three of her attempts, with the first one coming out to 142.5 kilograms (314.5 pounds).

However, that was incredibly light for Agata Sitko, so she quickly jumped to 150 kilograms (330.7 pounds) for her second attempt. This moved as easily as the first one, which gave Agata the confidence to shoot for the record on her final attempt.

In order to do so, Agata Sitko loaded 154.5 kilograms (340.6 pounds) on the barbell. Since she competed in the raw division, Agata was only allowed to use wrist wraps, which had the sole purpose of easing the pressure on the joints. Once again, Agata made the lift look easy as a warm-up, but it was in fact a new U76KG IPF World Record.

Agata Sitko seems unbeatable at the moment, as the weight of her lifts at the 2024 IPF Arnold UK proportional to her bodyweight was greater than any other athlete put up, which is why she was ranked the best among all. On her path to achieving that, Agata successfully performed eight out of her nine attempts, only missing one squat.
