Andrew Hause is a 22-year-old powerlifter who has been blowing away his competition. Recently he was seen hitting some impressive numbers in an at-home training session.
Hause has been making quite the impression so far, in his short powerlifting career. At just 22 years old, and with only a few years of competitive experience, he has been able to achieve some incredible things. Most notably he became the youngest person to total over 1,000lb in competition, at the 2018 RPS Braggin’ Rights meet.
Despite the fact this was the last time we saw him in competition, that does not mean Andrew Hause has stopped improving. In fact, he gave a glimpse of these improvements in a recent post to his Instagram page. Here, he is seen working through a variety of different exercises, during an intense training session. However what perhaps stands out the most is his deadlift work, where he hits a 765lb triple for three sets.
“Getting back into the swing of things, finally have a legit setup in my garage so I can start doing most all of my training here!

Hause does a good job explaining all the exercises he does during this session, but one can not help but be blown away by this deadlift work. It was already known that his deadlifts were one of the best parts of his game, but this took things to another level. Even when compared to this clip he shared a few weeks earlier, where he was trying to go for 7 reps of 735lb, and the plates fell off.

Every time Andrew Hause is seen in the training room, he is always doing incredible things. It will be exciting to see him compete again, and we can see how far his game has come. Especially with other teenage powerlifters coming after that 1,000lb record.
