Arnold Schwarzenegger has had a lasting impact on the fitness and bodybuilding space. In a recent Twitter post, Schwarzenegger reacted to getting dwarfed by NFL offensive tackle Mekhi Becton and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is widely regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. During his days of competing on stage, Schwarzenegger racked up seven Mr. Olympia titles while battling it out against fellow icons, including three-time victor Frank Zane, former champ Samir Bannout, and Franco Columbu. He’s credited for elevating the popularity of bodybuilding and helping break it into the mainstream courtesy of his starring role in the docudrama Pumping Iron (1977).

Following a decorated career in the sport, Schwarzenegger found his passion for acting and discovered success in the new venture using the same principles he developed as an athlete. He cemented his place as a blockbuster superstar with several mega-hit projects under his belt, such as Commando (1985), Predator (1987), and The Terminator franchise.

Schwarzenegger regularly encourages his followers to lead a healthy lifestyle. He offered a three-step process for developing a ‘bulletproof’ 30-minute training regimen focused on improving longevity last month. He followed that up with a pain-relieving stretch routine and a two-minute workout challenge a week later.

‘The Austrian Oak’ laid out the benefits of using caffeine as a pre-workout to boost your performance in the gym. He suggested consuming 200-300 mg of caffeine about 30 to 60 minutes before the workout and added tips for preventing any sleep disturbances.

Arnold Schwarzenegger gave fans an efficient one-step weight loss plan based on substituting with a meal replacement drink. Then, he decided to shed light on the advantages of using wave training to break through a workout rut. As of late, the 75-year-old provided an intense 9-minute core workout entirely made up of bodyweight exercises.

Arnold Schwarzenegger dwarfed by NFL & UFC Superstars

In a recent tweet, Arnold Schwarzenegger shared his reaction after getting outsized by NFL star Mekhi Becton and former UFC champ Francis Ngannou.

Becton is a promising prospect who was picked up by the New York Jets in the first round of the 2020 draft. He missed the latest season due to an avulsion fracture injury he picked up in training last August.

As for Ngannou, he departed from the UFC as the heavyweight king on a six-fight win streak, including five vicious knockouts. He made a name for himself with his crazy power and boasts an impressive highlight reel with 12 total knockouts.

“It was my honor, even though you guys made me look like a little chicken,” he wrote.
