Meal One

Hafthor Bjornsson starts his day off with a very large meal filled with protein and carbs. Being so humongous, Hafthor feels comfortable eating a lot of food for his first meal. Moreover, he sometimes even adds some jam or peanut butter spread on bread if he feels like he can eat more.

Hafthor Bjornsson also pointed out that he is not eating to gain weight at the moment, since his bodyweight is already 192 kilograms (423.3 pounds). He also follows up his meal one with a 10-minute bike session and a cold plunge.

  • Three Eggs
  • 550 grams of Cooked Rice
  • Chicken Broth
  • 100 grams of Strawberries
  • 500 grams of Milk

Hafthor Bjornsson also drinks a shake with his first meal, which consists of:

  • 245 grams of Orange Juice
  • 200 grams of Skyr
  • 100 grams of Blueberries

Meal Two

Meal Two for Hafthor Bjornsson is very simple, as it consists of rice, meat, and some greens. Moreover, he pays a lot of attention to his hydration as he washes the food down with some liquid and electrolytes.

  • 450 grams of Rice
  • 110 grams of Stake
  • 100 grams of Vegetables
  • Avocado

Once again, Hafthor Bjornsson drinks the same shake, minus the blueberries. So, just 245 grams of Orange Juice and 200 grams of Skyr.

Meal Three

Hafthor Bjornsson brings his third meal to his office, where he does some meetings and other business-related stuff. His third meal is the same as his second one, with the only difference being the absence of the avocado. He once again drinks his OJ and Skyr shake as well.

  • 450 grams of Rice
  • 110 grams of Steak
  • 100 grams of Vegetables

Hafthor Bjornsson also revealed how he feels comfortable after eating so much food.

“Obviously, the bike helps digest the food. Also, what helps is that when I eat, I treat this as my work. I stay off my phone… By doing that, I eat my food faster.”

Meal Four (Snacks)

For his fourth meal, Hafthor Bjornsson eats some snacks. He believes that eating the snacks is what allows him to gain weight so easily.

  • 510 ml of Milk
  • Jam on Bread
  • Peanut Butter and Banana Slices on Bread

Meal Five

Hafthor Bjornsson’s fifth meal is similar to his previous ones, but he pointed out that it was delicious as it was cooked by his wife. He grew up having home-cooked meals and now enjoys eating with his wife and son as well.
