The 2024 Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Classic competitions are nearly here, as the competitions are set to take place on March 1-2, in Columbus, Ohio. A plethora of elite male and female athletes will take part in the show, all of whom will take on five grueling events. So, with so much interest in the show, we have made a guide on how to watch both days of action.
