“It has been transformative in helping me build muscle and shift my body composition in ways I hadn’t imagined,” she comments in her post.

She outlines her workout philosophy, which centers on basic but powerful movements:

“I believe in a strength training approach built on foundational, time-tested, and simple movements—Squats, Deadlifts, Hinges, Pushes, and Pulls. These are the cornerstones of my workout, emphasizing functional strength for life.”

Ivanka stresses the importance of form and mobility work within her sessions to enhance range of motion and ensure safety.

Ivanka’s weekly routine includes strength training three to four times, supplemented by a HIIT session. A significant dietary adjustment has also been key—increasing her protein intake to 30-50 grams per meal, which she credits for her increased strength.

Despite these rigorous physical commitments, Ivanka ensures she still makes time for leisure and family-oriented activities.

“I still enjoy a weekly yoga session and love spending time outdoors with my kids and friends playing sports—whether it’s surfing, padel tennis, swimming in the ocean, wake surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, walking, or golf.”
