“Sticking to New Year’s resolutions isn’t easy—only 23% of people make it past the first week. [I’ve fallen into that category many, many times!]” she confessed in her caption. “But every day is a new opportunity to show up and stay committed. Feeling stronger and more motivated as February begins—let’s keep going! 🦾 Strong body / Strong mind!”

Dressed in a white sports bra, blue athletic shorts, and white sneakers, Ivanka exuded confidence as she paused from lifting a 30-pound dumbbell. She opted for a natural look, appearing makeup-free with her blonde hair tied back, complemented by black gym gloves and earbuds.

“I’ve never been a gym person,” she admitted. “I prefer to stay fit by participating in sports.”

“It is good for everyone,” she explained. “It’s almost like a moving meditation because the movements are so micro. It’s like three-dimensional chess.”
