Juan Morel will be taking part in the 2019 Mr. Olympia competition next month. Ahead of this massive event, he is preparing hard and looks inhuman.
Morel has recently been going through a nightmare, with his daughter going missing. However, in a positive turn of events, his daughter was found after nearly a month missing. Additionally, she was unharmed, which is as positive an outcome as any parent could hope for in this type of situation.
All indications are that Morel is using this recent event as a boost in motivation, instead of limiting his training. While most people would have fallen off of their training regimen, Morel appears to be as jacked as ever. He showed off his physique, just three and a half weeks away from the Mr. Olympia competition.
“Here I am at 3 weeks, 4 days out to the @mrolympiallc . Last week I posted a video of me posing after my workout. I was incredibly flat and about 8 pounds lighter than I am today. After my refeed yesterday, I’m 8 pounds heavier in this video and my muscle bellies are much rounder, fuller and grainer due to the muscle pushing against my skin.”

Additionally, he took some time and offered some words of training and diet advice.
“All jokes aside, it’s crucial to have refeeds or cheat meals while dieting for both physiological and physiological purposes. Refeeds, or cheat meals help to increase your metabolic rate, restore leptin levels, replenish glycogen stores and thus help you increase performance.
In addition, cortisol levels increase while dieting and refeeds, or cheat meals help even them back out. Refeeds or cheat meals are calculated. I personally like to use them once a week, but they depend on certain circumstances and are dependent on the individual. Therefore, it’s important to let someone with experience and the right eye to determine when and how they should be done.”
Morel pushing himself as hard as he can with 180lbs dumbbell press
Another day just pushing myself as hard as I can. I’m getting stronger with the 180s but still not strong enough. They are not easy to control I tell you that.
Morel is looking huge, coming up on the competition.
The level of mass he is displaying reaffirms Juan Morel as one of the top contenders for the empty Mr. Olympia throne. On the other hand, he is set to face tough competition like Roelly Winklaar and Brandon Curry.
