Krzysztof Wierzbicki just unofficially surpassed Cailer Woolam’s (Dr. Deadlift) raw deadlift record with a 423.5kg/953.4lb pull at the Czechia-UA sanctioned Deadlift Challenge III in the Czech Republic. Woolam’s record was 431kg950.2lbs and he even gave the Polish powerlifter a nod for the superhuman feat.

Woolam wrote the following on Instagram

“I gotta give a huge congratulations to [Mr. Deadlift] for beating my world record deadlift at 100kg class yesterday with a huge 432.5 kg pull. Not exactly sure why this says “unofficial” ? Amazing lift dude.”

Now, Wierzbicki weighed just 216.2 and that a big pull for his bodyweight. But, he took first place which isn’t surprising.

The deadlift was posted on Instagram and the caption was in Russian but we’ve translated it for you… “Krzysztof Wierzbicki pulls 432.5 kg at his own weight of 98 kg. New All-timer“.

See it with your own eyes…

But, if you think this was Krzysztof Wierzbicki’s only impressive lift then… well, that’s not the case.

He actually competed at the World Games in 2017 and set performed the biggest deadlift in IPF competition. But here’s the crazy thing, he was a 105kg athlete competing in the 120kg weight class. He deadlifted 420kg which still stands today in the IPF record books.

Here it is…

If Krzysztof Wierzbicki is pulling these kinds of numbers, then we can’t wait to see how he progresses, and he’ll no doubt go beyond what he just did.
