Lefteris Theofanidis is picking up right where he left off. The CrossFit Open Workout 20.1 was not ready for Theofanidis.

In the 2019 Open, the Greece native placed first for his country. Theofanidis was also fourth worldwide in 2019. Both numbers were huge jumps for the Greek who was third and 164th respectively.

With the Open Workout 20.1 released just last week, Theofanidis is continuing his hot streak. Just two months after the 2019 Games, where he placed 60th overall, Theofanidis is back and better than ever.

A quick reminder of what the workout entails is below.
