The hype is real. Mariusz Pudzianowski and Eddie Hall, both former World’s Strongest Man champions, are officially set to throw down in a heavyweight showdown at KSW 105 on April 26, 2025, in Gliwice, Poland.
The fight was announced this week by the Polish MMA promotion KSW, billing it as the “World’s Strongest Fight” — and it just might live up to that name.
Pudzianowski (17-9, 1 NC), who recently turned 48, is no stranger to the cage, having competed in MMA since 2009. Despite his recent back-to-back losses, the five-time World’s Strongest Man remains one of KSW’s most experienced and recognized heavyweights. Hall, on the other hand, will be making his professional MMA debut.
The 37-year-old Brit previously made headlines for his boxing match loss to Hafthor Bjornsson in 2022 and a controversial 2-vs-1 “freakshow” fight in 2024, where he knocked out a much smaller opponent.
This time, Hall steps into the cage with a legitimate MMA veteran — one who’s fought 26 times professionally and carries real knockout power, even in his late 40s.

While both men have shared the stage at strongman events, the dynamic inside the cage will be different. Pudzianowski’s age and recent losses raise questions, but his experience could prove crucial. Hall will enter with the advantage of youth — and perhaps redemption on his mind.
More details on rules, rounds, and format are expected to be released in the coming weeks, but the buzz around this fight is already building fast.
One thing is certain: there will be no shortage of strength, power, or pressure when these two giants collide in Poland this April.
