Mark Wahlberg continues to kill it in the gym with his infamous early morning training sessions. In a recent Instagram post, the fitness fanatic showed off his incredible physique during an upper-body workout.

While Wahlberg remains highly active in the gym, he has recently decided to adopt a more measured approach after recognizing that at 52 years old, an intensive seven-day workout regimen may not be necessary. Now, he tailors his workouts to prioritize rest and recovery. As a part of his process, he incorporates cold plunges, a practice he believes significantly aids in the healing journey.

Mark Wahlberg rang the New Year in right with an early morning cold plunge and also showed off his insanely ripped physique. Now, Wahlberg is keeping with that new year new me energy by continuing his 4 AM club workouts where he shared an upper body training session. 

Focusing on working the chest, Wahlberg did elevated push-ups before moving to cable flys, then finally wrapped up the workout by hitting his core with ab rollouts which was shared via Instagram. 

Known for taxing his body with brutal workouts in the middle of the night, Mark Wahlberg also smashed a leg day training session which consisted of leg extensions, leg presses, goblet squats, and rear leg elevated split squats. Given his dedication to consistent workouts at 52 years old, Wahlberg remains one of the busiest and fittest men in Hollywood.
