Prescillia Bavoil missed out on nearly the entire 2025 powerlifting season since she had to rehabilitate from some injuries that slowed down her journey. However, she took part in the 2025 FFForce French Open Powerlifting Championships on December 21st in La Garde. She displayed one of the most incredible performances of her career, achieving a 214.5-kilogram (472.9-pound) Raw Squat Unofficial U63KG IPF World Record.
Prescillia Bavoil’s Full Performance Breakdown
Prescillia Bavoil weighed in at 62.58 kilograms (138 pounds), which was just under the limit for her weight class. She was successful in completing all nine of her attempts, perfectly executing her plan and achieving the exact result she wanted. Therefore, Bavoil was crowned the National champion, beating the next best woman by over 50 kilograms (110.2 pounds)
Squat
The squat was the highlight of Prescillia Bavoil’s incredible performance, as she managed to build up to 214.5 kilograms (472.9 pounds) by the end of the session. She competed in the raw division, which is why she was only allowed to use a lifting belt and knee sleeves to complete her lift. She was insanely quick during her descent but maintained a decent pace on her way back up as well. As a result, she locked out the bar within just a few moments and unofficially exceeded the U63KG IPF World Record.

Bench Press
Prescillia Bavoil continued putting up incredible performances on the bench press as well. Her heaviest lift came out to 122 kilograms (269 pounds), which was enough for her to set a new U63KG FFForce French Record. This marked an incredible achievement for Prescillia, who is clearly ready to conquer the international scene in 2026.

Deadlift
Lastly, Prescillia Bavoil moved on to the deadlift to wrap up her performance and take possession of the title. She gradually increased the weight with each attempt, with 200 kilograms (440.9 pounds) being her heaviest on the day. This pushed her total to 536.5 kilograms (1,182.8 pounds), which secured her a comfortable victory overall.

After making her most recent appearance, Prescillia Bavoil has now taken part in a total of 30 sanctioned powerlifting competitions. She has accumulated a total of 22 victories, along with a number of world and national records. Bavoil has been one of the greatest female powerlifters for years and clearly aims to remain in the top spot for the unforeseeable future.
