With public facilities like gyms being shut down, a lot of people are left looking for alternative ways to exercise. Regan Grimes managed to find one, that does not involve any sort of equipment.
Grimes is a classic physique competitor, who has been making a name for himself in recent years. Although he does not have the most amount of accolades, he has won the New York Pro. Moreover, he scored 8th place at the 2019 Mr. Olympia.
Just because there will not be any IFBB Pro shows right now, does not mean Grimes does not need to train. Like all elite athletes, a constant exercise routine is crucial for maintaining his physicality. However, due to concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, going to the gym, and other public places, is severely unrecommend, if not outright banned.
Regardless, Grimes is not deterred by these restrictions. As he showed in a recent Instagram post, he has found a unique way to still get some work in. The pair of clips shows Regan, alongside his wife Victoria, and their friend Laura D’Ariano. He is using the help of these two ladies for some unorthodox workouts.

The first video shows Regan doing squats, with one lady on both his front and back. Then this is followed up with some lunges, as Laura on his back, and Victory laying straight out in his arms. You can even see their dog curiously investigating the commotion happening around it. Either that, or it was just as impressed as we are with the incredible feats.
Regan and Victoria actually like to train together regularly. Both of their Instagram pages are filled with the two doing various couples exercises. Here they are, hitting a back workout day.
During these times, things can be difficult for everyone, especially in terms of keeping up with their fitness goals. On the other hand, Regan Grimes and company have found a great way to stay active, while staying indoors.
