Bodybuilder Samson Dauda, one of the UK’s most promising talents, has gained a lot of momentum over the last year. In a recent post made on Instagram, Dauda looked insanely jacked in a guest-posing appearance at the 10x Ben Weider 2023 event.
Samson Dauda has been working his way up the ranks in the Men’s Open division since 2018. He boasts an incredible blend of muscle mass, shape, and overall balance that makes him stand out from the competition. He showed potential early in his career with a string of top-ten finishes at several shows, including the 2019 Wings of Strength Chicago Pro, and 2019 Vancouver Pro. His next appearances saw him continually improve his placing and land in the top three at events like the 2021 Romania Muscle Fest Pro and 2021 Arnold Classic UK.
Dauda turned in a fantastic season last year. He kicked off his run with a fourth-place finish at the 2022 Arnold Sports Festival before getting another fourth place at the Boston Pro. For his maiden Mr. Olympia appearance, Dauda left the fans stunned and placed sixth in a stacked lineup.
‘The Nigerian Lion’ signed up for a return at the 2023 Arnold Classic, which concluded last month. His coach Milos Sarcev revealed Dauda started using Trenbolone for the first time to get in his best form for the show. When it was time to step on stage, Dauda shocked all with a stellar package and came out victorious over fellow standouts Nick Walker, Andrew Jacked, and former two-time Mr. Olympia Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay.
Coach Sarcev lauded Samson Dauda’s progress as a competitor and backed him to potentially dethrone reigning Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford at the upcoming edition of the contest. On the other hand, former Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout took issue with the judging of the show. Renowned guru Chris Aceto voiced a similar sentiment in his analysis of the results, favoring Walker over Dauda. ’The Mutant’ was confident he did enough to get the victory as well.
Bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler praised Dauda for the commanding win. He agreed with the judges on the scoring of the event and saw it as a clear win for Samson.

IFBB Pro League athletes’ representative Bob Cicherillo highlighted the advantage Dauda holds with his unreal muscle shape. He believes Dauda would be a threat to everyone chasing the Sandow trophy if he came in his best shape.

In a recent Instagram post, Samson Dauda showed off his jacked physique during a guest-posing appearance at the 10x Ben Weider 2023.
Coach Sarcev is focused on helping Samson Dauda add thickness to his back to go up against Choopan on stage later this year. The 30-year-old contender opened up on his ambitions to stay busy with regular competitions even if he found glory at the Olympia contest. He expects to make a statement in his next appearance at the most prestigious show in the sport.
Based on the latest update, it appears Dauda has not taken his foot off the gas after securing the Arnold Classic title and will likely return with an improved package.
