Sonita Muluh made a name for herself as the greatest ever women’s powerlifter in the squat event, often crushing the spirits of her rivals. Well, it doesn’t seem like her domination will stop any time soon, as she recently secured a new personal record in training. The squat came out to 318 kilograms (701.1 pounds), meaning that Sonita ended up with an Unofficial All-Time World Record.

Sonita Muluh’s training session was filled with humongous lifts, proved by her final warm-up of 300 kilograms (661.4 pounds). Namely, no other woman has ever squatted this much weight raw, but Sonita is making easy work of it.

After completing her warm up, Sonita Muluh loaded 318 kilograms (701.1 pounds) onto the barbell. This was 13 kilograms (28.7 pounds) more than what she ever squatted in training, showing how much improvement she has made. Despite the massive jump, Sonita easily locked out the lift, setting a new personal record and an Unofficial All-Time World Record.

Sonita Muluh showed amazing strength using just her knee sleeves and a lifting belt, like in raw powerlifting rules. She carried the heavy bar herself, did a big squat, and put it back on the rack all alone. Afterward, she dropped to the floor, so surprised and happy about what she did.
