A Complete Guide To The Strength In Depth Sanctional
The 2020 CrossFit Sanctionals season makes its next stop in the UK, with the Strength In-Depth event. This is how you can watch all of the action over the weekend.
This year’s Sanctionals have been exciting, and the SiD will likely be no different. Featuring athletes from around the world, they will all meet at the London ExCel Center, in London, England. Whoever can pull off the win here, will earn a spot in the 2020 CrossFit Games.
Many people are excited to catch the action from this massive Sanctional. However, obviously not everybody can get a ticket to see the event in person. That being said, there are some ways to watch the action live, and for free.

There are plenty of top athletes competing at the SiD event. With that being said, it is easy some of the really exciting ones to fall through the cracks. Therefore, here are some of the people who are likely to have strong performances throughout the weekend.
Male Athletes:
- Mat Fraser – 4x CrossFit Games winner, tied for most titles in the Games
- Will Moorad – 10th ranked Fittest Man, 2x Games competitor
- Bronislaw Olenkowicz – 2019 Strength In-Depth Winner
- Lukas Hogberg – 5x Games competitor, 5x Swedish National Champ
- Zack George – UK National Champ, scored 26th In the Open
Female Athletes:
- Gabriela Migala – 5x Polish National Champ, young, up-and-comer
- Laura Horvath – 5x Hungary National Champ, 2018 CrossFit Games silver medalist
- Steph Chung – Third 2020 Sanctional appearance, 6th place finisher at Mayhem Classic, and Filthy 150
- Haley Adams – 2019 Games Rookie of the Year, 6th place at 2019 Games
- Camilla Salomonsson Hellman – 3x Games competitor, Sweden National Champ
