Lee Priest shares his calf workout.

Lee Priest is a well-known bodybuilder with very impressive calves back in his day. He has competed in some of the biggest competitions in the bodybuilding world including the Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia.

Many bodybuilders including the legends like Arnold Schwarzenegger have had tons of trouble building up the calf muscles.

With all of the fancy machines available out there, just using bodyweight, high reps, and simple steps either at home or gym can help transform the muscle that most people feel is the hardest to gain mass.
