Women’s ultimate featherweight champion Cris Cyborg looks ready to make her first title defense against Holly Holm after disposing of Tonya Evinger at UFC 213.

Holly Holm has already fought for a featherweight world title and is coming off a win over Brazilian Bethe Correia. Holm, however, has been hesitant to accept, citing a desire to get paid more by the UFC in order to step in the cage with Cyborg.

But after watching the above video, it would be understandable if Holm wanted to stick around the bantamweight division for a few more fights. That would leave Cyborg with very few options at 145 pounds.

Negotiations are ongoing with Ronda Rousey’s coach, Edmond Tarverdyan as well. Tarverdyan said that he would like Rousey to fight one more time, and he wants her to fight Cyborg.

Well, that’s not likely to happen, as Cyborg doesn’t appear to have any further interest in fighting Rousey in the Octagon.

Check out the above video, we know this is a staged video, but still, this is insanely comical, as Cris Cyborg beats the daylights out of her training partner, chasing him out of the gym.
