Dana White, the leader of the mixed martial arts superpower – Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has taken his gym game to a new level. In an Instagram post on September 28, 2023, White showcased his six-year transformation, revealing a significantly leaner, more muscular, and toned physique compared to his 2017 self.
It’s been an interesting few years for the head of the UFC, who is constantly engaged with his team in the ‘war room’ aiming to put on the best and most entertaining fights possible. With a massive roster and global recognition, it’s hard to imagine the company’s success without White’s contributions. However, keeping up with such a demanding job can certainly take a toll on the body and mind.
White has been open in the past about his health and physique goals. The 54-year-old makes no excuses when it comes to staying in shape, and dropped 30 pounds last October after he was told by human biologist Gary Brecka that he only had ‘10.4’ years left to live. Almost a year after Brecka’s warning, it seems White hasn’t slowed down in his mission to reverse the aging process.
UFC’s Dana White Looking Lean and Ripped in 2023, Bodybuilders React
White’s surprising transformation left the bodybuilding community stunned by his progress.
“Left is March 17th 2017
Right is September 18th 2023
FUCKIN NUTS!!!” Dana White posted.
“Incredible transformation whilst doing the madness of day to day life. Respect” Flex Lewis wrote.
“Solid” commented Cutler.
Bodybuilding coach Milos Sarcev and Dennis Wolf were also impressed:
“Unbelievable transformation in EVERY possible way. Keep going….SKY IS A LIMIT – literally.” Sarcev shared.
“That’s discipline” Dennis Wolf shared.
This wasn’t the first time Milos Sarcev discussed Dana White’s affinity for working out and staying ripped. In August, Sarcev, a die-hard UFC fan, took to Instagram to reflect on White’s body transformation, and couldn’t believe his eyes. In the post, Sarcev called attention to the UFC boss’s ‘striated delts, split biceps, full chest, flat stomach, and deep abs.’
With a penchant for multitasking, White has remained dedicated to nutrition, fitness, and supplementation while making lucrative moves in the business world. Just recently in September, the UFC and the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) took part in a historic merger to create TKO Group Holdings, owned by the UFC’s parent company Endeavor Group Holdings Inc.
As part of the deal, Dana White remained the head of the UFC but took on the position of CEO (Chief-Executive Officer) moving forward. Even with several irons in the fire, White is making it his priority to stay healthy, fit, and strong heading into the final quarter of 2023.
