Why Deadlifts?

Quite simply, the deadlift is one of the most hardcore exercises for developing the pure strength that’s a precursor to physical size and athleticism. Since it’s a fullbody exercise that improves a lot of muscle mass, the deadlift also builds total body muscle.

It’s also one of the few exercises that directly target the hamstrings, a group of muscles often neglected in the weight room. Deadlifts are also one of the best exercises out there to build your back but it’s easy to make these five mistakes.

  1. Improper Arm, Shoulder, and Hip Movement
  2. Wrong Exercise (Doing Romanian Deadlifts)
  3. Hips Too Low
  4. Rounding Your Back
  5. Relying on Lifting Gear

In the above informative video,  Buff Dudes will show you what typical Deadlift mistakes to avoid. Check it out above!
