Just because WWE legend the Big Show isn’t in the ring doesn’t mean he’s not going to the gym. WWE superstar still looks in incredible shape despite being less than three weeks removed from hip surgery.
World’s Largest Athlete, the real name Paul Wight, has made some dramatic changes to his diet, training, and lifestyle to see a quite remarkable body transformation, with the help of celebrity trainer Dodd Romero.
Check out his recent post on his social media, Big Show took a selfie showing off the result of his most recent trip to the gym:

Since early this year, 45-year old Big Show has been chronicling his quest to get into the shape, lose weight and build mass, going as far as to lose a whopping 90lbs from 463 to 373, looking shredded and beastly as ever, in no time.
In the past, “Show” has credited John Cena for encouraging him to build a six-pack.

“John sets the bar pretty high for every Superstar, and I’m not just kissing his butt because he’s John Cena,” Show told WWE.com.
“He’s a hell of an individual, and we were joking one day. We were talking about getting in shape and I said, ‘Ah, what the hell is a giant gonna do with abs?
“John looked at me with a straight face and said, ‘Yeah. A giant with abs. That wouldn’t be marketable at all.’ And he walked off.”
“It was kind of a shot, but [later] John reached out and congratulated me on the work I’ve done. That meant a lot. To have that respect from him was a big boost.”
Keep at it, big man!
