Fitness & bodybuilding is a lifestyle that can span many years for anyone – but there comes a time when some decide to hang up the iron. While a great many professional bodybuilders continue to train and stay in shape after stepping off the stage for good – there are some that change their lifestyle completely. Bodybuilding has a very long shelf life as we’ve seen 60+ year olds still shredded like a beast. You even have masters divisions that allow older competitors a place to still step on stage.
