Injuries in bodybuilder can be truly life-altering. One moment you are at the top of your game and the next you find yourself on the sidelines left to pick up the pieces of your shattered potential and all hard earned muscle fades away. Calum von Moger is doing his best to avoid such a fate.

Calum tore his left bicep in a reckless training accident, attempting to perform a two-person 400lb curl with Chris Bumstead.

But Calum isn’t allowing his injury to derail everything he’s worked hard to build. While he may not be able to build up his left bicep, Calum is looking to continue his training to ensure that he keeps himself in top condition.

Check out the above video, as Calum train his good arm and share some valuable tips on how to recover fast and avoid injuries.
