2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games Results — CrossFit Mayhem Dominates Teams Day One

The third day of the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games saw the teams take to the competition for the first time and Team CrossFit Mayhem swept the competition

The 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games continued on in Madison, Wisconsin on Thursday, with Day One of Teams competition. By the end of the day, Team CrossFit Mayhem were pulling ahead with the competition.

After two days of competition featuring Age Groups and Adaptive athletes, and one day of Individual athlete action, we now move on to Teams competition. It all kicked off at the Ranch on Thursday, as the top teams went head-to-head to see who is the best.

There were a few teams that were forced out of the CrossFit Games ahead of the contest, but even with that the contest was stacked. After the first day of teams competition though, it was Team CrossFIt Mayhem who took the lead, coming first place in all four of the first events.

2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games Teams Day One Results

Event One (scored for time, 90-min time cap):

  • FF 500-m swim
  • FF 1,000-m kayak
  • MM 500-m swim
  • MM 1,000-m kayak

Event One Top Five Results:

  1. CrossFit Mayhem — 43:49.35 (100 points)
  2. CrossFit Pro1 — 45:25.21 (97 points)
  3. CrossFit Surbiton — 45:42.68 (94 points)
  4. CrossFit Butcher’s Lab — 46:11.36 (91 points)
  5. CrossFit Awaside — 46:11:78 (88 points)

Events Two and Three (scored for time, 12-min time cap for each):

  • 168-ft. Bob push 
  • 25 synchro bar muscle-ups (pairs) | cheese curd hold, 100 | 70 lb. 
  • 336-ft. Bob push 
  • 50 synchro bar muscle-ups (pairs) | cheese curd hold, 100 | 70 lb.

  4. CrossFit Genas — 11:37.11 (91 points)
  5. Plus64 CrossFit — 11:59.95 (88 points)

Event Three Top Five Results

  1. CrossFit Mayhem — CAP+1 (100 points)
  2. CrossFit Genas — CAP+1 (100 points)
  3. CrossFit Pro1 — CAP+1 (100 points)
  4. CrossFit Urban Energy — CAP+13 (91 points)
  5. CrossFit Nordic — CAP+16 (88 points)

Event Four (scored for time, 27-min time cap):

F/M pair 1

  • 7 rounds of:
  • 5 synchro wall walks
  • 5 synchro thrusters, 135 | 185 lb.

F/M pair 2

  • 5 rounds of:
  • 7 synchro wall walks
  • 7 synchro thrusters

Event Four Top Five Results:

  1. CrossFit Mayhem – 100 pts
  2. CrossFit Pro1 – 97 pts
