CrossFit has officially announced the two standardized events, which will have to be featured in all 10 competitions. The local organizers of each competition will release the other four events for their competitions just one week before it starts. This formatting was put in place to ensure that the competitor’s overall fitness is tested. The organizers want competitors to come “ready for anything”, instead of specializing their training ahead of the contest.

  • 1 legless rope climb — 15 feet
  • Run 170 feet

Time cap: 11 minutes

Second Individual Workout — ‘Barbell Complex’

3 attempts for max load of:

  • 3 cleans
  • 2 front squats
