The IFBB Pro League rolls on this weekend with a total of six different competitions taking place around the world. One of which was the 2023 Sheru Classic India Pro, in Mumbai, India which offered 2024 Olympia qualifications to the four winners. This event was held from November 17-19 and featured competitors from Men’s 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, and Bikini.
No one could have predicted how the 2023 Olympia contest would conclude. Seven champions emerged with only four titleholders retaining gold. While the sport’s biggest event of the year is over in 2023, all eyes have shifted to the future and of course, the highly anticipated 2024 Mr. Olympia.
President Dan Solomon revealed the 2024 Mr. Olympia show will come back to Las Vegas, and the festivities will go down inside the Las Vegas Convention Center in celebration of the organization’s 60th anniversary. Without further ado, let’s check out the results!

Men’s 212 Bodybuilding
In Men’s 212 Bodybuilding, Vitor Alves Porta De Oliveira took control of the prejudging rounds early with impressive conditioning and shape. Meanwhile, Bhekumuzi ‘Muzi’ Maluleke was in the running for gold, and he brought a stellar package to the stage, complete with fibrous muscle tissue and muscle hardness from the back.
Muzi last finished second in 2022 at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro. Following some close comparisons, Vitor Alves Porta De Oliveira took first place. Bhekumuzi ‘Muzi’ Maluleke took second and Hamed Mahmoud Eini claimed bronze.

Classic Physique
Former two-time Arnold Classic champion Terrence Ruffin was on a mission to continue his success this year. He recently placed fifth at the 2023 Olympia, however, appeared to make significant improvements from his last competition. This time out, Ruffin’s conditioning and back detail were on another level.

Aside from Ruffin, Ali Pouladvand also stood out during prejudging and finals. Boasting an impressive chest with balanced arms, Pouladvand continues to gain steam in the IFBB Pro League. In the end, it was a close on-stage battle, but Terrence Ruffin’s look earned him first! Ali Pouladvand and Chaitanya Prabhu claimed second and third place.

Men’s Physique
In the Men’s Physique category, contenders delivered some crowd-pleasing physiques in India. Karim Esmat made an impression among the judges early with detail and muscle fullness. He last competed at the 2022 Sheru Classic Mumbai Pro in sixth place.
In addition, Benquil Marigny was aiming to find success on the big stage. Benquil made it to the 2023 Olympia stage a few weeks ago but placed outside the top 15. With a qualification to 2024 Olympia on the line, Benquil Marginy won first place. Karim Esmat and Vardhan Malhortra finished in second and third.

Bikini
In Bikini, competitor Navreet Josan was aiming to take home gold. She brought great balance, symmetry and proportions to the stage in India. Josan last graced a stage at the 2022 Sheru Classic India Pro in third place. Aiming to qualify for 2024 Olympia Bikini, contenders brought their absolute best packages.
In Josan’s way was Priscila Rodrigues, who continues to prove herself as a legitimate contender from season to season. Rodrigues took second place recently at the 2023 Musclecontest Fit Para Pro. This time around, Priscila Rodrigues got the job done! Navreet Josan and Alessia Facchin took second and third place.
