The bodybuilding calendar is heating up as the crowning event of the sport approaches in less than two months. The 2023 Musclecontest Titans Grand Prix Pro took place in Anaheim, California on September 23, headlined by top talent in the Men’s Physique category, who competed for an Olympia qualifying spot.

In the IFBB Pro League, Men’s Physique has quickly become one of the most popular classes. Making things more complicated, or perhaps less, the IFBB Vice President Tyler Manion revealed changes to the weight and height cap for this division. However, these new rules won’t take effect until the first bodybuilding contest following 2023 Mr. Olympia.

This year’s 2023 Mr. Olympia Weekend extravaganza will head back to Orlando, Florida inside the Orange County Convention Center. The best athletes from all IFBB Pro divisions will meet from November 2-5 to determine who walks away with the sport’s most coveted title.
