The 2024 Dallas Pro took place on June 15 in Dallas, Texas, showcasing top-tier competitors in the Men’s Wheelchair and Bikini divisions. This event was a great opportunity for athletes to qualify for the prestigious 2024 Mr. Olympia competition, with the qualification window closing on September 15.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the Mr. Olympia show, returning to Las Vegas, Nevada. The anticipation is high as athletes strive to secure their place on bodybuilding’s biggest stage.
In the Men’s Wheelchair division, the competitors impressed the audience with their remarkable muscle volume and conditioning. James Berger emerged victorious, earning his spot at the Olympia.
In the Bikini division, Kate Carroll dazzled the judges, claiming the title in The Lone Star State. Carroll’s victory was particularly noteworthy as she triumphed over Ashley Kaltwasser, who has dominated the Bikini scene throughout 2024. Kaltwasser, who placed second in Dallas, had an impressive streak this year with first-place finishes at the IFBB Mile High Pro, IFBB Nevada State Pro, IFBB Optimum Classic Pro, and the IFBB Klash Series GRL PWR Pro, as well as a second-place finish at the IFBB Pittsburgh Pro.
Carroll’s journey to the top in Dallas followed a series of commendable performances, including a second-place finish at the Mile High Pro, a fourth-place finish at the Klash Series Southern USA Pro, and a seventh-place finish at the IFBB Miami Muscle Beach Pro. Her victory at the Dallas Pro signifies a remarkable achievement and a turning point in her competitive season.
