The 2024 Dragon Physique DMS Pro concluded in Changsha, China on April 28. Following intense comparisons, Shicheng Jin pulled off the big victory in Classic Physique while Chaoxian Chen claimed gold in the Bikini category.
This competition was a qualifier for the upcoming 2024 Mr. Olympia event, which is set to return to Las Vegas, Nevada in celebration of its 60th anniversary on October 10-13, per Olympia President Dan Solomon. Considering there is no point system in place, qualifying for the prestigious show has become more challenging as of late.
As it stands, athletes have until the September 15 deadline to ensure their presence on the sport’s greatest stage. With Chris Bumstead and Jennifer Dorie atop the Classic Physique and Bikini divisions, the winners this weekend will have a shot to take them down later this year.
