The 2024 Los Angeles Grand Prix Pro took over Anaheim, California on April 27. This competition featured athletes from the Men’s Physique category.
This weekend’s contest was a qualifier for the annual Mr. Olympia competition, which is set to return to Las Vegas, Nevada for its 60th anniversary from October 10-13. With no point system in place, athletes were tasked with the challenge of winning a Pro show this season to guarantee their spot on the prestigious stage.
The deadline to qualify for the marquee 2024 Mr. Olympia show is September 15. In the end, Aundre Benson proved his mettle with exceptional stage presence, impressive back conditioning, and a dominant chest. He will have the opportunity to face reigning Men’s Physique Olympia Ryan Terry later this year.
