Cash, gold, and Olympia qualifications were on the line at the 2024 Musclecontest Austria, which took place in Schwechat, Austria on December 14. This contest featured competitors from the Classic Physique category.

The 2024 Mr. Olympia wrapped up in October, and notable changes occurred in the Classic Physique category. While Chris Bumstead successfully secured his sixth consecutive Classic Physique Olympia title, he opted to retire from the sport following his Men’s Open splash at the EVLS Prague Pro

Paul Kanu delivered a powerful performance en route to gold in Austria. His muscularity, balanced proportions, and conditioning were his strong suits. In light of his success, he’ll have a shot at the vacant Classic Physique Olympia throne when the event returns in 2025.
