The Atlas Stones event caused massive separation in the men’s division, with only a handful of athletes managing to load the final stone. Bryce Johnson secured his second consecutive event win after an intense battle against Nick Guardione. Less than two seconds ended up separating them, with Johnson winning the duel.

No woman managed to lift all four stones. So, it came down to who had the quickest time split for the third stone. That happened to be Inez Carrasquillo with a time of 28.53 seconds. Only one other woman lifted three stones, but she was nearly half a minute slower than Inez.

Being a true powerhouse, Trey Mitchell added another event win to his list of achievements. In order to do so, he had to lock out 13 reps, as Gabriel Rheaume also put up a fantastic score of 12 repetitions.

Angelica Jardine climbed back up to the top of the leaderboards on the deadlift event and gained some valuable points on Inez Carrasquillo. Angelica achieved 7 reps to claim the win, beating the likes of Bailey Deschene and Jackie Osczevski, who locked out six and five reps, respectively.

The penultimate event of the 2026 North America’s Strongest Man & Woman competition was the Hercules Hold. So, the athletes had to hold two massive leaning pillars, trying to prevent them from falling for as long as possible. The pillars weighed 181 kilograms (399 pounds) for the men and 113 kilograms (249.1 pounds) for the women.

Nick Guardione’s insane grip strength and pain tolerance allowed him to grab the event win in the Hercules Hold. He managed to hold the pillars for 41.79 seconds, with everyone else failing to reach the 40-second milestone.

Ashley Telford produced one of the most insane performances of the entire weekend, as she did not only win the event but instead put up a dominant display of grip strength. Telford held the pillars for over one minute and ten seconds and thus beat all 12 remaining athletes in the women’s division.

The men opened up with Fingal’s Fingers, while the women first took on the Sled Pull. The remainder of the event was the same for both divisions, with the only difference being the weight of the implements. Men flipped a 499-kg (1,100-lb) tire three times, while the women performed the same task with a 227-kg (610.7-lb) implement. They then had to carry a 227-kg (500.4-lb) / 147-kg (324.1-lb) implement up five steps.

Trey Mitchell closed out the competition with his fourth event win. However, Nick Guardione’s sixth-place finish was more than enough for him to become 2026 North America’s Strongest Man.

Inez Carrasquillo came out victorious in the Power Medley, finishing the entire event in 41.36 seconds. Unfortunately for her, Angelica Jardine placed second three seconds later, with which she officially claimed the title of 2026 North America’s Strongest Woman.
