Looks like Jon Jones is moving to heavyweight devision.
The former 205-pound UFC Championship is making good use of his provisional suspension from United States Anti-Doping Agency, hitting the gym to pump some iron.
And he is getting thick and swole in the process.
Jones recently shared a video with a message on his social media where he was dosing some heavy lifting:
“Old wise man once said don’t count the days make the days count.”

Jones is no stranger to pushing heavy traning inside the gym, be maybe gearing up for an Octagon return later this year. That’s according to his longtime manager, who expects a settlement with USADA at their upcoming hearing.
In the interim, Daniel Cormier will put the light heavyweight title on ice to challenge Stipe Miocic for the heavyweight strap, which not without coincidence, was a fight Jones had on the table at one point in his career.
Jones has not competed since his knockout win over “DC” was overturned in the aftermath of UFC 214 last July.
How many of you would want to see Jon Jones back in Octagon this year?
