Sylvester Stallone Do Pull-ups With A 100-pound Weight On His Waist

The 71-year old legend actor best known for his performances as Rambo and Rocky certainly not lost his signature, muscular physique!

Sylvester Stallone still hits the gym regularly and makes sure to get a powerful workout in.  But the Rocky star took things a step further by attaching a 100-lbs weight to his body as he did the exercise. Just look at this Instagram video:

“Another easy workout! You’re only as old as you and your joints feel! LOL,”

“Pushing the limits! 100 pounds – This one hurt, I think I’ll go home and take a nap… Bye.”

Stallone earned two Oscar nominations in 1977 for “Rocky” and another in 2015 for “Creed,” appears to be in excellent shape! Clearly, Stallone isn’t feeling that old as he gets into shape for Creed II, which goes into production later this summer.

Stallone is quite busy working on multiple upcoming movies like  Creed II, Backtrace and Expendables 4. The shooting for the Expendables 4 movie after many delays will reportedly start this summer. Stallone indicated earlier this year, with a full production slate ahead of him, he’s dead set on getting back into “movie action shape.”

Sylvester Stallone certainly seems in shape for the challenge.
