Phil Heath had some words for his haters!

The 2017 Olympia was likely the most difficult show in the career of reigning champion Phil Heath. We saw the champion struggle against the competition, in particular, Big Ramy. Heath was ultimately crowned Mr. Olympia 2017 winner but a lot of fans, blogger, and experts believed that Big Ramy should have been the winner. And the main reason was Phil’s out of control gut!

Later when it was reported that Phil Heath was suffering from two hernias before the event, things started to make a bit more sense.

At Pittsburgh Pro 2018 Phil Heath stepped on stage to show off his current state of physique, and he looks much better, his midsection looks fixed after the double hernia surgery.
