obsessionWe are talking about ‘Obsession’. Yes! There are bodybuilders who somehow gets obsessed with their bodies. We know it guys you’ve a great body, you are like some Greek God, but outside bodybuilding you’ve a life too. You need to check about your finances, relationships and social wellbeing of you and your family too, that most of the bodybuilders fail to do because of their obsession.

In short and simple words, Mr. Muscle, get a life. Stop showing off about your body now and then to almost all the people you meet in the day. Or stop blabbering about how much protein you are consuming a day and how many reps and sets you are performing to maintain your guns. Keep your professional life away from your personal life.
