Roelly Winklaar: I’ve so much respect for uncle Dexter!

‘The Dutch Beast’ Roelly Winklaar became the pro bodybuilder by competing at the Arnold Classic Amateur to earn his pro card. After his pro card victory, Roelly returned at 2010 Arnold Classic with an impressive overall physique that earned him a strong 7th place in his pro IFBB debut. After he placed 3rd at the 2010 IFBB Australia Pro Grand Prix, The Beast shocked the bodybuilding fans by winning the 2010 IFBB NY Pro. ‘Your next show will be pro. & [You] have so much potential.’

and I used that as my Motivation to win the Arnold Classic Ohio 2009. To this day in 2018 we are still so very close & will [he] always be my uncle”

It’s the kind of humble & fun personality that makes us think how he’d make a great Mr. Olympia champion. Roelly is a true hulking behemoth – and while his conditioning never quite comes in to place him a number one spot… Roelly is aiming to change that at Mr. Olympia 2018. This could be his year!!!
