Dennis James is on the road to recovery after the surgery!
After the successful surgery of torn biceps tendon, rotator cuff and supraspinatus tear about 2 months ago Dennis James is well on his way on the road to recovery.
DJ posted an update on his recovery progress:
“Transformation Tuesday the road to my recovery.
I want to share my road to recovery to prove that anyone can come back after a set back. This is to date my worst shape I’ve been in with set backs of injuries surgery and not being able to train.
I’m going to be taking my fans through my training rehabilitation nutrition and supplementation.
Thankyou for all the support and love. The process starts now.”

The German mass monster Dennis James was a very powerful bodybuilder and while he never won any Olympia titles… DJ was nothing to scoff at either – placing as high as 4th at Olympia and always showing up on the stage with a massive and well-conditioned physique. Back in the day (not too far ago) Jame had a massive physique that stood out among the hundreds who compete year after year.
Here is DJ as the 300+ pounds mass monster:
We wish BIG James a speedy and healthy recovery!
