After brutal beating Tyron Woodley submits Darren Till.
In one of the most important fights in welterweight division Tyron Woodley defend1 his title against undefeated challenger Darren Till in the main event of tonight’s (Sat., September 8, 2018) UFC 228 from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
The first round finishes without much action with Woodley connects few shots and a body kick, Till not so much. In the 2nd round, Woodley gets an early knockdown with a right hand and swarmed with ground and pound, landing big punches and elbows from top position. Woodley landed a clean punch and passed Till’s guard and stepped into half guard and began pounding more elbows. Till looks to hip escape, but Woodley stays on top and went for a D’Arce choke and Till taps out.
Final Result: Tyron Woodley def. Darren Till via submission (D’Arce choke) at 4:19 of round two
