350m swim

As you can see the upper limit for this brutal workout is 15 minutes. Few competitors could not even complete the first event. Don’t forget dual kettlebell front squat and snatch are technically very difficult exercises!

Other CrossFit athletes, who put in outstanding performances, are Alex Kotoulas, Matt McLeod, and BK Karl Gudmundsson, who won the Dubai Fitness Championship last year.

McLeod earned the second place in the first round (95 points, 10:25). Yet, CrossFit Mayhem competitor earned the score of outstanding 100 points and completed the circuit in 09:54. As well as you can see, the difference between 1st and 2nd place is unbelievable 31 seconds. Mat Fraser probably had some sort of a rocket fuel in his arms and legs!

Briefly, event 2 looks like this.

For Time (15 Minute Time Cap)

800m Assault Air Runner

350m swim
