What this means for the CrossFit Organization.

Several employees will have to find work elsewhere after CrossFit Lays off more than 20 people in an effort to streamline its operations. This layoff took place on Tuesday and Tyson Oldroyd (Media Management) along with Rory McKernan (CrossFit Host) who have been an integral part of the organization have been let go.

So how will CrossFit execute on their new optimistic vision for the sport with so little staff? They will have to figure it out and many people are expecting no less than a stellar future for CrossFit. Dave Castro will still be involved with the operations and development of CrossFit in 2019.

Hopefully, they do not disappoint and will still be able to arrange the events as impressive as prior years. The CrossFit Open kicks off next week and we can only look forward to the coming event.
