The 2019 CrossFit Open has seen three intense workout announcements so far, where many impressive athletes took the spotlight on the leaderboards. The top 20 men and women will qualify for the CrossFit Games later this year and we still have two workouts to go.
This year is much different as an athlete can qualify through winning sanctioned events, and the Open is, of course, the biggest qualifier.
The fourth workout will be 19.4 and it will be announced tomorrow and we’re excited to see what it will involve of as we get closer to the conclusion of the Open.

As the winners pile up we’ll truly see just how many athletes will be competing at the Official 2019 CrossFit Games in Madison Wisconsin come August. This could possibly be the most competitive year yet as winners from the new sanctioned events and the Open will have the chance to earn an invitation to the CrossFit finals which will take place July 31-August 4 2019
