The elite CrossFit athlete from Canada will be facing off with other top competitors shortly in the 19.4 Open Workout. Patrick Vellner is the obvious favorite to outperform his fellow competitors when CrossFit NCR announces the workout live from Ottawa, Canada.
Now, Vellner is one of few athletes who could beat Mat Fraser (Three-time CrossFit Games champion), seeing as he placed 2nd in the Games last year and 3rd in 2016 and 2017.
So, right now Patrick Vellner is gunning for the top spot and to be crowned World’s Fittest Man” in 2019. He will be competing against other fierce athletes with the likes of Craig Kenney, Tim Paulson, and Paul Tremblay.
