Christmas is almost here, and Santa is working hard to get in shape for the festive season. You probably imagine Jolly old Saint sitting on a throne of presents in the North Pole.

Meet Albie Mushaney, a 43-year-old aka ‘Big Bad Santa’, correctional facility worker, type 2 diabetes strongman and the most swole Santa you’ll ever meet. Not all Santas are chubby guys who binge on milk and cookies during the holiday season. Instagram user “bigbad.santa” spends his most of his time in the gym instead of the North Pole. His mission is “to become the world’s strongest Santa” and to overcome his type-two diabetes and be a “great strong man.”

In the following video Santa can be seen deadlifting 650 pounds in the dark, then picking up an entire rack of weights and a “Thanksgiving press medley.”
