Form matters when going heavy, bad form can be a result of two things: ego lifting, inexperienced, or worse, both. Heavyweights naturally help with muscle building. But how much is heavy enough? Well to be fair, your form greatly matters, if you train with a bad form you’ll open yourself to injuries. It’s all about improving, and improving takes time and patience, that are the keys.
